More NaHaiWriMo
The third National Haiku Writing Month took place from February 1-28 2013. Every year, Michael Dylan Welch (the creator of the event) invite haiku poets to write one haiku a day for a month. Why in February? Because it's the shortest month of the year!
Poets can write on the daily prompts or pick their own themes. This year, the prompts were categorized by weeks. The first week was dedicated to food. The second week was about the outdoor. Third week was about color. Fourth week was about different rooms in a house.
Every year, I create one haiku comic a day in February. Here are my comics from Februar 2013.
Join us next February on Facebook and write your poem on the NaHaiWriMo page.
